DAVE weekend!!

So, due to poor planning, I could only make it to the Dave Matthews Band concert on Sunday at Alpine Valley outdoor amphitheater (they do 2 shows, Sat. and Sun., on their tour every summer). We've only gone to the Saturday show in the past, never enough fundage to do the back-to-back gigs, although we've really wanted to! My usual girls weren't there (missed you guys!), but I have to say, the show rocked!!! The crowd, the atmosphere, the sweet music...so good.

Here's what the crew had to say about the weekend:

We've never seen anything like this before. The band's been off the stage for over 30 minutes, and the audience is still here....singing their hearts out. We're loading out to the crowd's chanting of "Thank You Falettinme Be Myself Again...". The perfect end to our stay here at Alpine. DMB put on 2 shows in a row, each lasting more than 3 hours. We've said it before, but the fact remains, we do indeed dig this place. See y'all in a few days.
